Kevin, a native Houstonian, has been involved with real estate, either as an investor or a salesman, since 2002. He attended Strake Jesuit College Prep, Bellaire High School, and the University of Houston. ¿I¿ve lived here all my life and know the greater Southwest part of this city like the back of my hand. My roots are here. My mother was a nurse at Methodist Hospital, my grandfather worked at Shell Oil, and my grandmother, a New Orleans native, worked at Baroid Drilling. One of my jobs as a teenager was that of a delivery driver, so I got to know Houston really well. Some of my friends call me a ¿human roadmap¿ because I can give directions, from memory, to so many places around town. Before Real Estate, I had careers in restaurants and computer administration, working everywhere from the original Houston Hard Rock Café on Kirby, to Shell Oil, ConocoPhillips, Enron and Reliant Energy. I¿ve got a lifetime of knowledge of the city, something less and less common these days. This lived experience gives me a unique ability to help people find the kind of home they want in a location that will serve their working and lifestyle needs, something that a ¿Houston-transplant¿ Realtor can¿t offer. Some of the many areas I know well are Meyerland, Maplewood, West University, the Galleria, the Inner Loop, the Medical Center, Rice University and Bellaire.
